My background starts with as a young boy watching my uncle and cousin working out all the time and immediately I knew this was something that I wanted to do also. This exposure led me to playing football, track, and also to a state record in the bench press in powerlifting. After my high school career I then got a full scholarship to play football at Southeastern Oklahoma State University (SOSU) and graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Recreation. I became even more involved in training and working out, so I figured why not get certified and share my passion with others. So I went back to school to earn a diploma from NPTI Nation Personal Training Institute, NASM National Academy of Sports Medicine and also CAPEC Certified Applied Performance Enhancement Coach, which has led me to run several NFL youth camps in Texas and Louisiana, train at Lifetime Fitness, former Director of Personal Training at Absolute Fitness and Nutrition and now owner and head trainer of REC PERFORMANCE TRAINING. Our motto is to Move good, Feel good, and Look Good! My goal is to help people change here lifestyles and reach their fitness goals in and fun and innovative way just as I have!
