Greg has over 15 years of experience training clients to help them achieve their goals; including weight loss, muscle toning, flexibility, and strength training as well as a general sense of well being. He works one-on-one or with couples to design their own personal regimen with their workout goals in mind. He is ASFA certified and has meal plans available.
