At the age of 52 and a former Navy pilot, Stephen made a decision to get back into Navy shape and fit into the uniform he wore proudly in his early 20’s. Together we created a plan that worked best for him and his schedule. Then we got to work. Now he is down 12.3% from total body fat and up 16.7 lbs. of muscle changing his body composition completely. We reached his initial goal 2 weeks ahead of time and he couldn’t be any happier. That Navy uniform is fitting like a glove. At 52 he is looking and feeling awesome. I’m so proud of him and it’s been a great honor being on his fitness journey with him every step of the way. Oh! And did I mention he is also a cancer survivor? He has also been through multiple surgeries from his knees to his fused spine. Having some restrictions in his movements we had to get creative to work around the limited range of motion, which helped build more strength where he was weak. We also focused on building his core and improving overall mobility. He is now pain free from his knees, lower back, and shoulders. He is a great example that when you are determined anything is possible.
