Helping others achieve their fitness goals has been my passion ever since I was little. It first began with my obese father. I was tired of seeing him struggle up the stairs, get up and down from the floor, or even walk. This is the moment I found my huge desire to help others commit to their health, and see them make life-long changes for the better. All at once I threw out everything unhealthy in our kitchen, I began waking up every morning with my dad before the sun would rise, and I’d send him through a workout before we’d both go off to work and in my case, school. Over the span of six months he lost fifty pounds, and from there everything blossomed. I began helping extended family and friends, and the results were pouring in. After a while I started receiving random messages from people I didn’t know asking for help, and this is when I decided to start BrittFitTraining. BrittFitTraining is designed uniquely for all levels of fitness.
When you choose to work with me you can expect our first session to consist of a full body assessment. This will allow me to spot your weak/strong points, identify what level of fitness you’re on, and determine what exercises are needed to obtain your goal. I then will design your workout program, which we will discuss before we begin. Your workout program will be designed specifically for your needs, and with consistency and dedication, the results are guaranteed to follow. My mission for you is to accomplish healthy habits in and outside of the gym (yes we must eat healthy in the kitchen folks ;), improve your mental health, and achieve the dream body you’ve always wanted!
