WHAT IS GROUP TRAINING?
Small group training is personal training. The primary difference is that you are sharing a personal trainer with a group of 4-8 people, making training affordable for everyone. Group training is a good fit for those that don’t need the one-on-one attention of a trainer, but still want guidance, accountability, and will benefit from working out in a social setting.
HOW MUCH IS GROUP TRAINING AT CINCOFIT?
Group training is $99/month which includes two 45 minute sessions per week. Training is paid for at the beginning of the month to reserve your place due to limited class sizes of 4-8 people. No refunds are given for missed sessions. The Saturday morning bootcamp is an exception, there is no monthly commitment and you only pay for the sessions you attend.
WHAT WILL I DO IN GROUP TRAINING?
The primary focus in small group training is full body strength training. Workouts will be varied each session, but will always address core/stability, strength, and conditioning through the use of body weight exercises, free weights, and strength machines. Occasionally, short bouts of cardio is included to keep the heart rate elevated during the session.
DO I HAVE TO BE A MEMBER TO PARTIPATE IN GROUP TRAINING?
Yes, all training services require you to be a member at CINCOfit.
WHY SHOULD I PARTICIPATE IN GROUP TRAINING?
Accountability & Support – The most important component to achieving your fitness goals is accountability and support. With group training, not only are you accountable to yourself, but to your group and personal trainer as well. Plus, you’ll have others to help you push through your workouts.
Fun – With new exercise friends, your workout enjoyment will reach new heights and that will improve your consistency and commitment.
Economical – There are lots of good ways to invest money, but investing in yourself is an absolute necessity! Now, with small group training it’s much more affordable.
WHAT DAYS AND TIMES DO YOU OFFER GROUP TRAINING?
CINCOfit currently offers three groups.
– Monday/Wednesday 9-9:45am
– Monday/Wednesday 6:15-7pm
– Saturday 7am (This class only meets once per week for $10 per session. There is no monthly commitment for this class.)
