Are you ready to crush 2019!? I know I am! This March I'm turning 40 and call me crazy, but I can't wait. As someone that loves to race competitively, turning 40 means I get to move out of the 30-39 age bracket and up to the 40-49 age bracket. Besides that, I'm also excited for another obstacle course race season. I have 5 races lined up between February and June, which means it's time to start getting serious at the gym and out on the running trails.
However, I'm most excited about how CINCOfit is doing more than ever before to help members reach their New Year's goals.
- January is the first month we are offering our new, free 20—Minute Workouts to all CINCOfit members. You've got to check these out! We've put a lot of time and effort into providing a plan that our members can easily follow and start getting results!
- We have some great workshops lined up for January & February to get you motivated and involved at the gym. See below for information and sign-up links.
- Plus, we have other workout ideas and nutrition tips that we post via email, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. So be sure to follow us on your favorite social media channel!
Here they are! Time to get started! Each month we will provide you with two workouts that should each be performed one time per week. Start with reading the guide to better understand how to use the workout log and instructions. Then, download and print the workouts. Be sure to watch the YouTube video demonstrations so you know how to perform each exercise correctly. You may even want to carry your phone with you while working out to reference the videos.
