Saturday, February 2nd, 9:00 am at CINCOfit on Highland Knolls at Peek Rd.

The goal of this seminar is to teach you the benefits of battle rope training and how to use them properly and effectively. You will learn several new techniques and receive a few circuits to add to your workout arsenal. The last 20 minutes of the seminar will allow you to put what you have learned into practice, as we go through a workout to cap it off. I look forward to sharing my knowledge with you all!
