Summer vacation is coming to a close...geez it's been HOT!!! I hope you've all had a chance to spend time with your family and recharge for another school year. For me, it's always bittersweet when school starts back. While I'm not quite ready for homework and after school activities, I'm definitely ready to have a more structured routine so I can get back to more frequent workouts...and hopefully some cooler weather in the near future!

This workshop will teach you the importance of stretching. You will learn new techniques, as well as new stretches to add to your arsenal.

Balanced Eating vs Fad Diets Presented by Personal Trainer Jessica Hood.

Thursday, September 13 at 6:30pm at CINCOfit on Highland Knolls

Learn which medical professionals to go to and which exercises you can do to manage your condition and stabilize your spine. Finally, learn what signals your body gives to indicate something’s wrong and how to understand what it is telling you.
